Post-rockers Seven Seals are treating us to something quite unique on February 25^th this year: a lost album. Owl Cage has been left behind for more than 16 years, but the band are finally letting it see the light of day. The four-piece explain: “In the studio, when put together, the lyrics looked like a story about a murder, prison, wrestling with identity, with bad relationships, feeling trapped, and escaping from fate.” This single, ‘Seventh Wave’, is a slice of gritty post-hardcore that hits us with aggression and overdrive, without leaving out a few memorable hooks. -Dan Peeke.
